We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition.

- Returns received within 30 days of the original ship date will receive store credit.

- Returns received 31-60 days after the original ship date will receive store credit

- We can not accept after 60 days

To clean your poochgear products, we generally recommend hand washing with cold water and a gentler detergent
